Vendor Realm Application 2025

1. Table in the grand artisan tent is the standard 2’x6’ table. A table and two chairs are supplied. 

2. Realm lots are open 20’x20’ lots with a 10’ space between you and your neighbours. We do not supply tents, tables, or chairs. The vendors can bring in and set up their own tables and tents in the space how they like.

3. Vendor setup is Friday from 6:00 pm to dark and Saturday from 7:00 am to 8:30 am. 

4. Refunds provided up to 60 days before the event. 

5. There is NO WIFI supplied so if a vendor uses square they have to provide their own data. 

6. There is NO ELECTRICITY provided as this is an outdoor event.

7. Vendor parking is available in the stadium parking lot. Vehicles are only allowed on the park grounds to drop off your merchandise and then have to be  removed. Vehicles cannot stay on the field while you are setting up.  

8. If the festival is cancelled by the organizers for any reason, refunds will be issued.
